Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 2nd respondent police to issue Non Traceable Certificate with regard to the document No.2467 / 2019 dated 13.09.2019 to the petitioner. O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent police to issue a Non Traceable Certificate.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he has already given a complaint on 12.01.2022 and also issued paper publication on 18.01.2022 and still a Non Traceable Certificate in respect of the document No.2467/2019 dated 13.09.2019 has not been issued by the respondent police.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that in respect of issue of Non Traceable Certificate, a fresh circular has been issued by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Director General of Police and they would consider the case of the petitioner as per the circular in accordance with law.

4. In that view of the matter, the petitioner shall once again approach the 2nd respondent as per the circular with a fresh representation within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and upon such receipt of the complaint, by taking account the earlier publication itself, the matter will be processed in accordance with law and will be decided and Not Traceable Certificate shall be issued to the petitioner not later than four weeks therefrom.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
