(3) of the Lotteries (Regulation) Act 1998 along with Section 420 of IPC r/w Section 34 of IPC in Crime No. 10 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2.This matter is relating to online lottery business, where some of accused persons have been arrested and this petitioner was absconding. Earlier, when this petitioner moved a petition seeking anticipatory bail before this Court, the same was dismissed. To ascertain the source of online lottery business, the custody of the petitioner is necessary and there is no change in the circumstance since the petitioner's previous anticipatory bail petition was dismissed.
