This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in connection with Crime No.167 of 2015 on the file of respondent and quash the same.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the FIR has been filed in the year 2015, there is no progress in the case. Hence, the FIR is liable to be quashed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) submitted that investigation is completed and final report is taken on file and numbered as C.C.No.974/2020.

4. As the final report has already been filed, at this stage, quashing of FIR does not arise at all. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
