O R D E R

The order dated 05.07.2017 passed by the first respondent in A.P.No.24 of 2012 is sought to be quashed in the present writ petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner Management, Metropolitan Transport Corporation (Chennai) Ltd., made a submission that the order passed in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

A.P.No.24 of 2012, dated 05.07.2017, is implemented by the writ petitioner Corporation. In this regard, the Managing Director of the writ petitioner Corporation passed an order in Memo No.1107/Pa Pi(Po)2/Ma Po ka/2019, dated 22.10.2019, reinstating the second respondent Mr.R.Ramesh into service.

3. In view of the fact that the impugned order has been implemented and the second respondent workmen is reinstated into service, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
