Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.S.Diwakar, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1, 2 4 and 5 and Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader for the 3rd respondent.

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 3 to 5 to consider and pass appropriate orders on her representation dated 20.05.2017, in accordance with law, in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.34913 of 2015 dated 05.11.2015 and W.P.No.18262 of 2015 dated 04.03.2016.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 20.05.2017, the 3rd respondent has not passed any order so far.
4. Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 3rd respondent submitted that the 3rd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders, in accordance with law.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.05.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
