2. Taking note of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the last sentence in Paragraph 7 of the orders, dated 23.08.2022, passed in Contempt Petition Nos.743 to 754 of 2020, is replaced as under :

''The respondents are directed to issue Provisional Community Certificate with an endorsement that the said Certificate is valid only for school education and cannot be used either for higher education or for seeking employment in Government organisations or for any reservation in further education beyond schooling or for any other purpose and will be scrutinized by the State Level Scrutiny Committee of Tamil Nadu as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of issuance of the certificate, after affording an opportunity to the parties concerned. Provisional Community Certificate shall be issued by the authority within seven working days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.''

Rest of the orders remains as it is.
