ORDER

By consent of the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal. The learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in pursuant to the 1st impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.No.4222/A3/2020 dated 16.04.2021 and the 2nd impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent in proceedings https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Na.Ka.No.4222/A2/2020 dated 09.06.2021 and quash these orders and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue in the post of Village Health Nurse at Agasthiyampalli West Health Sub Centre. 3.
This Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Though the prayer in this writ petition is for a larger relief, the learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his argument to the limited extent of permitting the petitioner to give a fresh representation before the 1st respondent and directing the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the fresh representation of the petitioner expeditiously.

This Court considering the limited prayer now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation before the 1st respondent within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, the 1st respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the fresh representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of submission of the fresh representation of the petitioner before the 1st respondent and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner herein.

With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
