Challenging the Order of attachment made by the Execution Court to enforce the award passed by the Additional Labour Court, Vellore the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed.

2. The award has been passed to release entire salary of the respondent along with other benefits, besides for reinstatement of the respondent. The amount payable to the respondent has also been computed in CP.No.26 of 2023. Further, it appears that a Writ Petition has been filed by the revision petitioner in W.P.No.32169 of 2023 challenging the Order passed by the Additional Labour Court, Vellore in I.D.No.20 of 2020 and the said Writ Petition has also been dismissed. Though it is stated that a Writ Appeal has been filed as against that Order, no details have been given in this regard and no stay has been obtained. At this stage, the Execution Petition has been filed and in the Execution Proceedings, an Order of attachment has also been Ordered. Challenging the same, the present revision has been filed. 3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

4. On a perusal of the entire materials, this Court does not find any infirmity in the Order passed by the Execution Court. When the Execution Proceedings has been filed to realise amount as per the award of the Labour Court, it cannot be said that there cannot be an Order of attachment. Hence, I do not find any merits in this revision.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 30.06.2025 Index : Yes / No Internet: Yes Speaking/non speaking order vrc To,
