... Petitioner Original Petition praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased that a Succession Certificate may be granted to the Petitioner Mrs.Indira Rajakrishna with power to collect the debts and to receive the interest specified in the Schedule.

This Original Petition coming on this day before this court for hearing, the court made the following order: The petitioner seeks issuance of succession certificate for the securities held by M.R.Rajkumar, who died intestate on 23.08.2015.

2. The petitioner is the mother of the deceased. The deceased died as a bachelor. The petitioner, Mrs.Indira

Rajakrishna has examined as P.W.1 and she has produced the death certificate of the deceased son as Ex.P1, and the legal heirship certificate as Ex.P2. From the legal heirship certificate, it is seen that the petitioner is the sole legal heir of the deceased.

3. In view of the same, the application is allowed granting succession certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the petitioner.
