ORDER

This petition has been filed to review the order dated 03.01.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.35279 of 2023, thereby dismissed the petition filed by the petitioner.

2. The petitioner filed the above Writ Petition for direction directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2022, thereby requesting to make her as permanent teacher in the fourth respondent School. This Court by an order dated 03.01.2024, dismissed the Writ Petition for the reason that the petitioner has not been appointed through any recruitment agency. To review the said order, the present Review Application has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

4. Though the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner raised so many grounds on merits, all the grounds raised by the petitioner are the grounds to challenge the order passed by this Court. This Court finds no apparent error on the face of records as such, the petitioner failed to make any grounds to review the order passed by this Court. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court finds no merits in this Review Application to review the order dated 03.01.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.35279 of 2023.

5. Accordingly, the Review Application stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to cost.
