ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation the Crime No.222 of 2017 pending on the file of the 3rd respondent to any other investigation agency. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that though the complaint was registered in the year 2017, not much progress has been taken place in the investigation.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on the other https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

hand objected the submission and stated that the investigation is proceeding in the regular course and the post modterm report has also been received by them and that the final report will be filed in due course.

4.In view of the submission made by the both counsels, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.222 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible. Such an investigation shall be monitored by the Deputy Superintendent of Police having jurisdiction over the third respondent.
