These Writ Petitions are filed to direct the respondents to pay the enhanced compensation to the writ petitioners with all other benefits in the light of the decree and judgment dated 30.09.2021 passed by the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Chengalpattu in L.A.O.P. No.3 of 2019 by disposing of the writ petitioners' representation letters dated 03.08.2023, 07.08.2023 and 09.08.2023 and confirming the lower court enhanced compensation of Rs.10,000/-per sq.mtrs as per order of this Court in C.R.P.No.2215 of 2022 dated 16.09.2022 by disposing of the petitioners' representation letters dated 03.08.2023, 07.08.2023 and 09.08.2023 respectively.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

The case of the petitioners is that the land of the petitioners have been acquired by the Government for the purpose of formation of I.T. Corridor Expressway and widening the existing Old Mahabalipuram Road into six lane and compensation has also been awarded. As higher compensation has been fixed to the similar land owners, the petitioners' made representations dated 03.08.2023, 07.08.2023 and 09.08.2023 respectively to the respondents. However, the same have not been considered by them. Hence, the present Writ Petitions. 5.
Considering the limited relief sought for in these writ petitions, there shall be a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representations of the petitioners dated 03.08.2023, 07.08.2023 and 09.08.2023 respectively and pass Orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4/6

With the above direction, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
