O R D E R

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.858 of 2017 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram, Kancheepuram District and transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Harur, Dharmapuri District. 2.Though the Transfer Petition is filed to transfer H.M.O.P.No.858 of 2017 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram, Kancheepuram District to Sub Court, Harur, Dharmapuri District, when the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent submitted that they have no objection in transferring the case in H.M.O.P.No.858 of 2017 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram, Kancheepuram District to Sub Court, Salem and made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as respondent, without deciding the issue on merits, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.858 of 2017 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of Sub Court, Tambaram, Kancheepuram District and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Salem. The Presiding Officer, Sub Court, Tambaram, Kancheepuram District is directed to transmit all the records including I.A.No.183 of 2018 filed by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent for visitation rights pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.858 of 2017 to the file of the Sub Court, Salem, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such records, the learned Subordinate Judge, Salem is directed to dispose of I.A.No.183 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, on or before 31st July, 2018. The petitioner is directed to cooperate for the enquiry in the said I.A.No.183 of 2018.

4.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
