This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 30.08.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] for the respondent.
3. The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.405 of 2015, before the respondent.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side], the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular action shall be taken, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs.
