ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR filed under Sections 170, 465, 468, 471 and 472 of IPC.
2. The contention of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is only factual aspects. His further contention is that there are evidences to be appreciated by this Court.
3. However, when there are serious allegations of forgery of I.D. Card of the Government Department, it requires proper investigation and this Court cannot make a roving enquiry at this stage. The Investigating Officer shall conduct the investigation in a fair manner and unearth the truth whether any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
other persons are involved in this case and the same has to be brought before the Court of law.
4. The investigation shall be monitored by the Deputy Commissioner of Police and they can also take the assistance of a Cyber Expert in this matter.
5. With the above observations, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
