2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that investigation has been completed in this case and the final report has already been filed on 16.05.2021 before the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet which is yet to be taken on file.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
