This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to cancel the patta issued in the name of the respondents 4 and 5 for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner claims that the respondents 4 and 5 have illegally obtained patta for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition.
