O R D E R

The petitioner, who is A1 in this case, came forward to this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for a direction to defreeze the bank accounts and locker belonging to himself, his wife and daughter.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI cases.

3. It is not a revision petition. The petitioner invoked the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Admittedly, as on date, he has not moved the concerned trial court viz., XI Additional Special Court for CBI.

4. Without going into the merit of the matter, we direct the petitioner to first approach the Trial court.

5. In the circumstances, the petitioner will move appropriate petition before the learned XI Additional Special Court for CBI cases, Chennai. On such petition being filed, the learned Judge will dispose it within two weeks giving opportunity to both sides on merits.

6. With the above direction, the criminal original petition is closed.
