Mr. C.Kathiravan, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents, on instructions submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 13.05.2021, had already been considered by the respondents and reply has been given by the respondents on 23.06.2021. passed on the petitioner's representation, learned Government Advocate states that the writ petition can be closed.

3. Though it is stated that reply has been given by the respondents on 23.06.2021, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents is not sure in communicating the order to the petitioner. Hence the respondents are directed to serve a copy of reply dated 23.06.2021 within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Giving liberty to the petitioner to agitate if he is aggrieved by the reply, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
