J U D G M E N T

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 13.02.2018, learned counsel for the appellants has filed a memo dated 13.02.2018 and sought permission of this Court to withdraw their appearance in the above Second Appeal. Recording the said memo, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Registry was directed to print the name of the appellants and to post the matter on 14.02.2018. Even today (14.02.2018), when the matter is called, though the name of the appellants is printed in the cause list, there is no representation for the appellants either in person or through counsel. Learned counsel for the first respondent is present. Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
