Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to appoint a receiver namely Mr.Srinivas Gujaj of the applicant to seize and deliver the vehicle New Mercedes-Benz GLS 350 D bearing Vehicle Reg.No.MH43BE0205 Chassis No.WDC1668236M012060, Engine No.64282641820756 available at the Respondent's premises or wherever found and permit the receiver namely Mr.Srinivas Gujal of the applicant to obtain police aid and to break open the premises.
