ORDER
This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 397 days in representation of Crl.RC.S.R.No.8129/2024.
2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying
affidavit, this petition is condoned with costs.
3. Accordingly, the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) as costs, to the Chief Justice Relief Fund, Tamil Nadu on or before 17.04.2025.
