By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioners claim to have purchased 1.80 acres comprised in S.No.199/1 situated at Masakgoundan Chettipalayam, Annur Taluk, Coimbatore District through a registered sale deed registered as document no.6364 of 2013 on the file of the Sub-Registrar Office, Annur dated 05.08.2013. They claim to be in possession and enjoyment of the same right from the date of their purchase and was also issued with patta. The petitioners decided to put up fence around their property for which they want to survey and demarcate the property and in this regard, they approached the respondent on 15.04.2015 in the form of application. Though, it was received and acknowledged by the respondent, no progress has taken place and hence, came forward to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of Mr.M.Prabaharan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.M.Digvijaya Pandian, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

4.Though the petitioners prayed for a larger relief, this Court in the light of the facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the representation made by the petitioners, direct the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioners representation/ application dated 15.04.2015 as well as the reminder dated 04.06.2015 in accordance with law after putting on notice the persons concerned and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
