This appeal is filed by the appellants challenging the order dated 04.03.2025 as well consequential order dated 21.02.2025 made in I.A.No.3 of 2024 in O.S.No.106 of 2024 on the file of the District and Session Judge, Mayiladuthurai.

2.Heard both sides.

3.It is seen from the mediation report, the dispute between the parties have amicably settled by way of mediation and the Settlement Agreement dated 12.08.2025 arrived at between the parties is recorded and the above Settlement Agreement shall form part of this judgment. 4.It is made clear that they have no further claims or demands against each other in respect of O.S.No.106 of 2024 and O.S.No.1 of 2025 and both parties are permitted to withdraw their respective suit in the manner known to law.

5.In view of the above, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
