This is a petition to relax the appeal bail condition imposed by this Court in M.P.No.1 of 2014 in Crl.A.No.90 of 2013 dated 21.08.2014.

2. The petitioner was granted appeal bail by this Court and the same was modified subsequently.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Public Prosecutor.

4. As on date, petitioner is regularly complying with the condition.

5. In the circumstances, I am satisfied with the reasons stated.

6. Petition allowed. Appeal bail condition relaxed completely.
