The Child Development Project Officer Rishivandiam Block Sankarapuram Taluk Villupuram District Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned orders passed by the respondent in the proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.311/2013 dated 21.11.2013(impugned hereof)and to quash the same insofar as recovery and remittance of the alleged excess amount of Rs.1,36,764/- into the Government Account is concerned and consequentially, direct the respondent to refund the amount thus paid/remitted, along with all consequential benefits, inclusive of interest and penal interest accruing thereon, till the date of repayment.

ORDER
The order impugned in this writ petition, in and by which the petitioner has been directed to remit the difference amount which was paid in excess, is dated 21.11.2013. Thus, when this Court was about to dismiss this writ petition on the solitary ground of delay, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Costs made easy.
