This writ petition has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 01.03.2025 wherein, the petitioner is seeking for subdivision and issuance of separate patta in his name.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent.
3. The petitioner is placing reliance upon the sale deed dated 18.07.2024 and also the joint patta that has been issued in Patta No.106. The petitioner wanted a subdivision to be conducted and issuance of separate patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of the subdivided property and hence, the petitioner submitted the application on 01.03.2025. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.
4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be 2/4
a direction to the respondent to deal with the online application submitted by the petitioner on 01.03.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
