a. To direct the defendant to pay a sum of Rs.1,35,92,219/-, together with interest at 9% p.a from the date of plaint till date of Decree and also direct the Defendant to pay the future interest till the date of realization; b. directing the defendant to pay the cost of the suit. JUDGMENT

Mr.S.Veeraraghavan, learned counsel for the plaintiff as well as Mr.N.Raja Senthoor Pandian, learned counsel for the defendant submitted that

the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled out of Court and the parties are present and a joint compromise memo dated 26.09.2018 signed by the parties as well as the counsel, is filed to that effect, which reads as follows:

"The plaintiff has filed the above said suit for recovery and the Plaintiff and Defendant are amicably settled out of Court and there is no dispute between themselves and also they entered into an Memorandum of Compromise. For that effect, hence they are filing this Joint Memorandum of Compromise before this Hon'ble Court."

2. In view of the above, the civil suit is decreed in terms of the joint memo of compromise and the joint memo of compromise shall form part of the decree. Registry is directed to refund necessary Court fee to the plaintiff as per Rules. No costs. Consequently, connected applications are closed. 08.11.2018 Index:Yes/No ms
