Respondents Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the second respondent herein to file the charge sheet as against the accused K.Srinivasan of Angel Foundation, in the appropriate Court in FIR No.3 of 2017 dated 03.03.2017 in Cr.No.3 of 2017 and set the law in motion in the interest of equity, justice, good conscience and public policy and further direct an expeditious trial.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to file the charge sheet as against the accused K.Srinivasan of Angel Foundation, in the appropriate Court in FIR No.3 of 2017 dated 03.03.2017.

2. Today, Ms.K.Chithra, Inspector of Police, E.O.W.II, Chennai, [the second respondent], is present before this Court. She has filed a status report, wherein, it is stated as follows: "6. It is submitted that as on date, 41 complaints of similar nature have been received against the default company with a tune of default amount of Rs.4,86,33,610/- at Economic https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Offences Wing II, Chennai. So far, 14 statements u/s 161(3) Cr.P.C. are recorded.

Other depositors are served Police Notices to come along with relevant documents to substantiate their complaint and deliver statement.

7. It is also submitted that immovable property bearing Doc.No.832/2004 in Survey No.1928/4 and 1245 Sqft. in the name of A1Seenivasan was identified at Keelarajakularaman village, Virudhunagar District. Proposal to adinterimly attach the above property has been sent to the Government.

8. It is further submitted that after recording the statements of depositors by verifying relevant documents, the final report will be prepared and submitted before the Honb'le Special Court under TNPID cases, Chennai."

Recording the same, this petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Cr.No.3 of 2017 expeditiously.
