On 26.11.2015, when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the appellants was not ready. Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed on 27.11.2015 under the caption "for dismissal". On 27.11.2015, when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the appellant was not ready and he sought for time. Hence, with a view to afford an opportunity, the matter was ordered to be listed today i.e., on 16.12.2015 after removing the caption for dismissal.
