This petition has been filed to amend the order of this Court dated 11.02.2016 in Crl.O.P.NO.2843 of 2016.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides, the satisfaction court mentioned in the order of this court dated 11.02.2016 is amended as "Judicial Magistrate No.1, Krishnagiri"

as against Judicial Magistrate, Denkanikottai mentioned in the order of this Court dated 11.02.2016 in Crl.O.P.No.2843 of 2016.

Further, petitioner is granted time till 25.03.2016 to comply with the conditions ordered by this Court on 11.02.2016.

4.Registry is directed to incorporate the above amendment and issue fresh orders. The others contends of the order of this Court dated 11.02.2016 shall remain unaltered.
