As requested by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore District, Cuddalore vide letter dated 18.10.2019, extension of time for disposal of the case in S.C.No.03 of 2003 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore, is ordered and the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore, is granted two months time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to dispose of the case in S.C.No.03 of 2003.
