This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent Police to register a case on the complaint dated 12.09.2019, given by the petitioner, vide C.S.R.No.141 of 2019, dated 12.09.2019 on the file of the respondent police and investigate according to the law expeditiously. 2.Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, he was issued C.S.R.No.141 of 2019 and after conducting the detailed enqiry, same was closed on 30.09.2019 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the said submission, this petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint before the appropriate Court.
