respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No.104 of 2021, charge-sheet was filed through efiling on 26.12.2024 vide e-filing No. LTN-20230000411C202400171 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Krishnagiri.

Since the respondent-Police has completed the investigation and filed the charge-sheet before the learned Magistrate concerned, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition.
