O.P.No.80 of 2018 O.P.No.80 of 2018 P.VELMURUGAN.,J This Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking permission to sell the Trust properties morefully described in the schedule of property for a marketable sale consideration amount of Rs.1,86,96,000/- (Rupees One Crore, Eighty Six Lakhs, Ninety Six Thousand only) in favour of Solai, S/o Ganesa Gounder, residing at No.123, Peigopuram, Third Street, Thiruvannamalai Town or his legal heirs and its successors, nominees.

2. When the matter was listed on 25.03.2022, since there was no representation for the petitioners, this Court had directed the Registry to list the matter under the caption " for dismissal" on today ie., on 21.04.2022.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners is not interested to proceed further. This Original Petition is pending from the year 2018.
