O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to survey the premises.

2. The petitioner owned land comprising in S.No.110/1E and S.No.110/2 to an extent of 47 cents situated in Onnalvadi Village, Hosur taluk, Krishnagiri District. In order to fence around the property, he intended to survey the property to fence the boundaries. Therefore, the petitioner filed application before the third respondent to survey his property along with requisite fee. When the surveyor came to his property to survey his property, there are obstructions from the third party. Therefore, the petitioner lodged complaint seeking police protection and it is pending of the file of the second respondent.

3. In view of the above, if the surveyor finds any difficulty by surveying the petitioner's land, the surveyor can very well seek police protection before the second respondent and on receipt of the said request, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass orders to provide adequate police protection to survey the petitioner's land, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
