[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.,] The petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1/2015 in Crl.A.No.393/2014 dated 03.03.2015 to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that he shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram, on the 1st working day of every month until further orders.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
