ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction 3rd respondent to grant approval of the appointment of the petitioner as BT Assistant (Maths) from the date of initial appointment of the petitioner in the 4th respondent school. 2.Ms.Mythreye Chandru, learned Special Government Pleader had taken notice for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd respondents. 3.It is contended that there was a dispute among the management of the 4th respondent school and therefore, any proposal sent was not granted approval and there was also objections raised for grant of approval. It is further contended that the petitioner had been appointed in the year 2017
and approval of that particular appointment was sought after a period eight years.
4.The learned counsel claims that the correspondent who had appointed the Headmaster of the 4th respondent school had appointed the petitioner also as BT Assistant (Maths) and that the appointment of the Headmaster had been approved by the respondents. But, every appointment will have to be examined on a case to case basis. 5.The respondents may call for the entire records from the 4th respondent and also call for objections, if any, from the management for the appointment of the petitioner and determine whether the petitioner is otherwise eligible and also seek explanation for the inordinate delay from 2017 till 2025 and thereafter, pass appropriate orders. Necessary orders in this regard must be passed by the 2nd respondent after getting the remarks from the 3rd respondent on all the aforementioned aspects with in a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Writ Petition is disposed of even without issuing notice to the 4th respondent. No costs.
