ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed, seeking for a limited relief.

2. The petitioners seek for early disposal of the suit, which is the subject matter of this civil revision petition.

3. Mr. A. Palaniappan, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of the respondents 1 and 8. He has no objection for early disposal of the suit, which is the subject matter of this civil revision petition. However, he would submit that it is only the petitioners, who are dragging on the proceedings, which is denied by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

4. Since all the parties have agreed for early disposal of the suit, this Court directs the trial court to dispose of the suit O.S. No.307/2024 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, it is made clear that both the parties shall not seek any adjournment before the trial court.

5. With the aforesaid directions, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No Costs.
