Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2017 and reminder dated 15.09.2017 by directing the 4th respondent to strictly comply with tender conditions set out in tender notification dated 20.07.2017 including the condition relating to drawl of lots of all eligible applicants including the petitioner and to issue work order to the petitioner for collection and disposal of garbage cum debris in Bahur Commune Panchayat, within a time frame.
