This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 668 days in representing the CMSA.SR.No.63360 of 2016.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the delay of 668 days in representing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands condoned on condition that the petitioner to pay the cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority on or before 25.01.2021, failing which, the petition would stand dismissed automatically.
