O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for records in FIR No. 169 of2015 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the proceedings against him.

2. Pending Criminal Original Petition, the defacto complainant and the petitioner have amicably resolved the dispute between themselves and accordingly, they have entered into a compromise and filed a Memo of Compromise dated 15.11.2017.

3. In order to identify themselves, the petitioner and the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant have submitted the photo copies of their respective Aadhar Cards viz., 1.M.Karthik - 887684648570 and 2.K.Ramya - 453406605585 and after verification https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the original cards, the same are recorded.

4. Today, the defacto complainant as well as the petitioner are personally present before this Court and also have been identified. An affidavit of the defacto complainant dated 15.11.2017 is also filed to the effect that the defacto complainant has no objection, if the present Criminal Original Petition is allowed.

5. Recording the same, the proceedings in FIR No. 169 of 2015 Dated 14.08.2015 on the file of first respondent police is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The affidavit filed by the second respondent/defacto complainant shall form part of the order.

Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
