ORDER

The above Civil Revision petition is filed seeking an early disposal of the LAOP No.5 of 2017 pending on the file of the VI Assitant City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. From the "A" diary extract, it is seen that the claim statement has been filed as early as on 21.08.2018 and the matter is being adjourned for counter.

3. The learned VI Assistant Judge, Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai is therefore, directed to dispose of the L.A.O.P. No.5 of 2017 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
