The present petition has been filed by the petitioner to transfer the case in Crime No.04 of 2012 on the file of the 2nd respondent to not below the rank of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station at Coimbatore or Chennai - 600 049, for conducting free and
fair Investigation on the complaint dated 14.08.2012.
2. When the matter came up for hearing on 08.06.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal'.
3. When the matter was called up today i.e. 11.06.2018, again there was no representation for the petitioner.
