This petition is filed to condone the delay of 808 days in remitting the deficit court fee of Rs.2,000/- for filing the civil miscellaneous appeal against the miscellaneous order Nos. 40621-40623 of 2018 dated 06.08.2018 on the file of the Customs, Exercise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, Chennai.
