This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.08.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Earlier, the petitioner has given a complaint dated 04.03.2015 which was enquired and closed on 01.08.2015 on the ground that the petitioner has not co-operated for the enquiry with the respondent police and has not produced the relevant documents.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to produce all the necessary documents to the respondent police and co-operate with the enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to proceed further with the enquiry and the petitioner is directed to co-operate as well submit the relevant documents. With the above directions, the criminal original petition is closed.
