The petitioners seek issuance of succession certificate in respect of the securities held by deceased Mrs.S.Saroja, who died intestate on 05.10.2008.

2.The petitioners 1 to 3 are the son and daughters and the petitioners 5 and 6 are the grand children of the deceased Mrs.S.Saroja through her deceased son S.Somasundaram. The 4th petitioner is the wife of her deceased son S.Somasundaram.

3.The 1st petitioner has been examined as P.W.1 and he has filed death certificate of the deceased Mrs.S.Saroja as Ex.P1 and the Legal Heirship certificate as Ex.P.2. The death certificate of deceased son S.Somasundaram has been exhibited as Ex.P3. From the above it is seen that the petitioners are the Legal Heirs of the deceased Mrs.S.Saraoja and her son Mr.S.Somasundaram, who died on 11.03.2014. 4.In view of the same, this application is allowed granting succession certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule in the petition in favour of the petitioners. 26.02.2019 ay Speaking order/Non speaking order Internet: Yes/No
