The above Civil Revision Petition is filed for an early disposal of HMOP No.940 of 2018 pending on the file of IV Principal Additional Court, Chennai.

2. From a perusal of the "A" diary extract, it is seen that there were two applications which are pending viz., I.A. No.328 of 2017 and I.A. No.884 of 2017 for re-opening the evidence and marking documents. Both these applications has been filed at the request of the revison petitioner. http://www.judis.nic.in

3. The learned Judge, IV Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of the aforesaid Interlocutory Applications and the H.M.O.P. No.940 of 2018, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
