ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to measure and demarcate the properties belonged to the petitioners by considering the online e-challans No.2024/0123/31/001243, 2024/0123/31/001244 and 2024/0123/31/001246 dated 29.02.2024.

2. The petitioners submitted online applications and representation on 29.02.2024 with a request to survey the petitioners' property, which is pending without consideration.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the 2/4

second respondent is directed to consider the applications/representation of the petitioners dated 29.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's applications/representation for survey of the lands on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
