This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para no.8(b) to appear before the respondent police station, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5982 of 2025 dated 04.03.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has not been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.8(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5982 of 2025 dated 04.03.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, once a week, i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
